We would like to take this opportunity to say “Thank You” to the Heller & Silverstein families for organizing a terrific Pesach program that offered the “best of both worlds” – an all-inclusive Pesach in the privacy of ‘our own home’!  Along with your dream team of Rabbi Majeski, the Kosher Guru, Rabbis Holland, & Shloimie Dachs, you guys designed the perfect formula for what was truly a great experience!!!

Not only did we get to enjoy the beautiful weather in sunny FL with family & friends in our own private villa with our very own pool, we had the opportunity to spend Yom Tov together with a wonderful group of families.

Working with a top notch kashrus agency & the inspirational Rabbanim on staff you provided an uplifting spiritual experience; & that, together with the delicious food, the well-organized day camp programming over Yom Tov and the entertaining shows, you delivered the ultimate package for all ages where everyone had an enjoyable time all around!!

You guys went above & beyond to see to every guest’s needs & to ensure everyone had a wonderful experience & we just wanted to express our appreciation & gratitude to you!

We’re already looking forward to joining you next year in Yerushalayim habenuyah – otherwise, we’ll see you back again for what you’ve aptly coined: a perfect Pesach!!!

Just wanted to take a minute to write you a note and tell you how amazing our experience was on your program. It really and truly was “A Perfect Pesach”.  With all the planning that you guys did, and the way you reacted to any and every issue that came up with a smile and a solution, it was hard to tell that this was the first time you were running  a program. From check in to the awesome end of Yom Tov chametz party, you and your team delivered on every detail. If a guest needed something, we all felt like we had someone we could talk to who would actually take care of it and get things done. The houses were great, the food was delicious, and you literally thought of every detail. Thank you once again and we are already looking forward to Pesach 2019!

A MEMORABLE PERFECT PESACH

Dear Nechama, we would like to say thank you for making our Pesach so beautiful. I don’t know where to begin. The warmth made us feel at home. The service was incredible. From the minute we got there until we got home we felt taken care of. The house was stocked so perfectly. The food that was delivered to the home was delicious & plentiful. The Kiddushes each day were not only lavish , but were also so much fun! We loved the barbques. They were delicious & full of good energy. We all came home w such a good feeling from Yom Tov. From the first day of burning the Chometz until the pizza party when Yom Tov was over. Thank you for such a memorable Perfect Pesach!

Truly Perfect

WE ABSOLUTELY HAD A PERFECT PESACH

Dear Nechama, Daniel, Ilana and Benji,

We returned yesterday to our home in New Jersey welcomed by 45 degrees, windy weather with minimal sun. To say we miss Orlando is an understatement. We absolutely had A Perfect Pesach!

Thank you for providing a most enjoyable Yom Tov experience. I am well aware of the time, energy and money it takes to make this event happen. Your attention to detail and serving your guests was so obvious and even to those who didn’t deserve a smile.

Many owners and hosts of Pesach Programs hide from their guests not wanting to be on call 24/7. You epitomize the opposite in always being out front at all times ensuring the quality of the program. The staff you assembled from Rabbi’s to kitchen help, from drivers and shleppers worked as a well oiled machine. I am sure you have many behind the scenes stories but to the guests we saw nothing but “perfect”.

A special thanks to the serving staff led by Valentina. They had to deal with all kinds of guests yet never did I see them lose their smile or desire to please. I do hope they received many thank you’s from the crowd they so aptly served.

Rabbi Yisroel Majestki and Rabbi Zvi Holland were terrific in their roles and made us feel as one community. Their concern for the mispallim was quite evident as was the warmth in which they embraced everyone.
