Rabbi Zvi Holland, Director of Special Projects at STAR-K joins us the the Rav Hamachsher. His expertise include, Kashrus Administration of Meat & Poultry, Dairy, Chemicals, Alcoholic Beverages and Sauces. Rabbi Holland is also the Director of Field Operations of the Capitol K-of the Vaad Horabbonim of Greater Washington DC. Using his experience as the founding Rosh Kollel of the Phoenix Community Kollel, Rabbi Holland is involved in STAR-K community education and development projects including the STAR-K Kollel @ Beis Medrash Govoha in Lakewood, NJ, the STAR-K Kosher Classroom project, Shechita education and he works closely together with local Rabbonim and Kashrus organizations around the country and the world.

Rabbi Yisroel Majeski is a dynamic lecturer known for his energy and ability to cut through to the heart of a matter. He captures audiences with his incredible blend of humor and inspiration. After learning 7 years in the Mir and studying Smicha by Rabbi Yitchak Berkowitz of the Jerusalem Kollel, he went on to teach at various Yeshivas and Seminaries throughout Jerusalem. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California with his wife and children, where he serves the greater San Fernando Valley as the Rav of Lev Simcha, Rosh Kollel of the Valley Night Kollel, and senior lecturer for Los Angeles Jewish Experience (LAJ), an innovative outreach center in Los Angeles and San Francisco. He spends his summers as Head Counselor of Camp Agudah Day Camp in Liberty, NY. He has tangible success in exciting both youth and adults in all areas of life.

Zahava Farbman, MSW, is a veteran traumatologist, having worked in this field for close to two decades.

Formerly she held the position as a director of Camp Simcha, Chai Lifelines overnight camp for children with cancer and other medical challenges.

Zahavas current position, which she has held for much of her career, is the Associate Director of Project Chai, the Crisis Intervention, Trauma and Bereavement Department of Chai Lifeline, where she focuses on helping families and communities locally, nationally, and internationally prepare for and respond to the full range of crises, traumas and tragedies.

In addition, Zahava is the responder for mental health emergencies for Hatzolah of the Five Towns and Far Rockaway in NY. Zahava is currently pursuing a PhD in social work with a focus in grief and trauma in Wurzweiler where she is also an adjunct professor.

Zahava has authored and presented papers across the nation in her areas of expertise. She is widely recognized as the ``go to`` professional in responding to crisis in the Jewish community.

Zahava is a presenter of a daily email to an audience of thousands consisting of chizuk and inspiration stemming from the world of Torah and physiology, as well as from her personal and professional experiences. Zahava is a speaker for Gateways, a flagship program that hosts retreats and seminars with a focus on intellectually engaging and spiritually uplifting educational lectures. Zahava lives in Woodmere, NY with her husband and children.

Shloime Dachs began his singing career at the tender age of six with Miami Boys Choir, Tzlil V'zemer and the Amudai Shaish Boys Choir.

Shloime exploded onto the Jewish music scene twenty five years ago with a brilliant debut album ``One Day At A Time.`` It became one of the fastest selling recordings by a new star in recent memory. Since then, his magical voice has entertained and dazzled thousands of listeners in concerts and weddings throughout the world. He had the privilege of singing in Israel, England, Argentina, Mexico, Russia, Brazil, and many cities all across America. He performed in concert with Avraham Fried and Dudu Fisher at Lincoln Center (NYC), at the Nassau Coliseum with the Miami Boys Choir to an audience of over 10,000 people, at the 25 year tribute to Mordechai Ben David at the Manhattan Center in New York City, in Israel with Dedi at an outdoor concert with over 50,000 cheering fans, and at several HASC concerts at the Metropolitan Opera House & Avery Fisher Hall. Shloime has also been an annual performer @ the Israeli Day Concert in Central Park the past ten years & took part in the Rubashkin Unity song & video.

Shloime is the Chazzon at the Great Neck Synagogue for the Yomim Noraim the last eighteen years. Finally the long awaited Shloime Dachs Orchestra was created 12 years ago, due to the overwhelming success and response he received singing at Simchos. Since its inception, the Dachs band has performed at hundreds of Weddings, Bar Mitzvahs, Concerts and Dinners.

We are proud to have Shloime Dachs perform & be our B'aal Tefillah here at our ``Perfect Pesach`` program in Orlando.
